Please be ready to begin each session at the schedule appointment time. Our trained and licensed therapist will arrive at least 15 minutes early to setup. If we arrive and you are not there, you will be responsible for payment of session.

Massage sessions range from 50-90 minutes in length except Manicure and Pedicure sessions they range from 30-60 minutes in length unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Payments can be made in the office, over the phone or on location. We except all major credit cards. In addition, cash and ECS Mobile Spa gift cards and certificates are accepted.

a 24 Hour Cancellation is required if you wish to cancel your massage session. Failure to give required notice will result in a charge for session.

We do charge a $25 trip charge for locations 30 miles outside our office location, and same day appointments originating during rush hour times (4pm-6:30pm).
Gift Cards

The certificate or gift card is only valid if signed and authorized by ECS Mobile Spa. Please note that all company policies apply with this certificate.

If you schedule an appointment and failure to give the required 24 Hour Cancellation notice will render the certificate complete.

ECS Mobile Spa gift cards and certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Gift card bookings are subject to scheduling restrictions.

Gift cards expire a year from the date of purchase.
